Who is Mark Christian?
I’m Mark Christian, an SMGI® Guide Trainee who helps people with debilitating symptoms who want to access their innate capacity to heal from within, and be guided to deep parts of themselves so they can reconnect to their inner power to conquer fears, overcome limitations, and heal.
Mark Christian, Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery® guide and licensed and certified massage therapist, helps you transform and heal by accessing the deeper parts of yourself, so you can be the biggest grandest, highest potential version of yourself.
Meet Mark Christian.
My biggest accomplishment in life has been healing myself. As someone who has pulled himself out of the debilitating symptoms of IBS, tinnitus, chronic inflammation, anxiety, and so much more, I can say without a doubt we ALL have the innate capacity to heal ourselves. Contrary to what much of our culture has taught us however, this process of healing occurs from within.
SMGI® is a tool that has significantly changed my life for the better, and now one I use in helping guide clients to deep parts of themselves within. It’s here that the inner work can take place. Anything from facing and conquering fears, overcoming limiting beliefs, reconnecting to our inner child, past life regressions, and even healing the physical body can, and have all been accomplished here. I’ve seen miracles unfold using this work.
Because trauma is something that is rarely fully processed by intellectualizing or analyzing, we can resolve it by moving through your subconscious experientially. Somatic Mindful Guided Imagery® (SMGI®) is a deeply effective tool that allows us to bypass the rational parts of the mind, and access deep sub/unconscious parts of the self. It’s here that true healing and transformation can occur.
Sessions run on average for 2 hours. The first half involves aligning you with your intentions and desires. By doing this, you can orient clearly towards where you want to, and perhaps are meant to go within your inner world. Once established, off we go. With me as your guide, we journey together through the dream-like landscape of your inner world together, where anything is possible.
